A new digital campaign is running on the Consortium's official social media channels
The Consortium is launching the digital publishing project “Bilanciato con Gusto” (Balanced with Taste), a new online communication initiative aimed at promoting Cotechino Modena PGI in a contemporary way and beyond traditional festive contexts.
The project was created to showcase Cotechino Modena PGI as a versatile and contemporary ingredient, suitable for everyday winter cooking. Not just a dish for special occasions, but a meat main course that can be used in simple, creative, and well-balanced recipes, in line with the language and formats of digital channels.
