The world’s largest event dedicated to the fight against breast cancer, taking place at the Circus Maximus in Rome from 7 to 10 May
The Parma Ham Consortium is supporting Race for the Cure 2026, the world’s largest event dedicated to the fight against breast cancer, scheduled to take place at the Circus Maximus in Rome from 7 to 10 May.
Organised by Komen Italia, a volunteer-based organisation at the forefront of the fight against breast cancer, Race for the Cure has for years been a flagship event raising awareness of the importance of prevention, early diagnosis and support for women facing the disease. Over the course of four days, the event offers conferences, workshops and courses, as well as free screenings and consultations, combining health, sport, solidarity and participation. Thousands of people take part in the event every year, with attendance peaking during the walk and the races (amateur and competitive) scheduled for Sunday.
