A day – 10 May – dedicated to fine dining, good food and delicious dishes
The popular event dedicated to Speck Alto Adige PGI takes place on 10 May, marking its 5th edition. Throughout the day, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Piazza Municipio in Naturno — in the heart of the Texel Group Nature Park, some fifteen kilometres from Merano — will become the hub of local gastronomy, offering a varied programme combining tradition, music and entertainment. Locals and tourists alike will be able to immerse themselves in an authentic atmosphere, where the food market will showcase the region’s finest produce, from cheeses and wines to Val Venosta apples and creative dishes made with Speck Alto Adige PGI.
