The Group acquires full ownership of the historic Friuli plant
Villani Spa — a historic Italian cured meat producer based in Modena, founded in 1886 and now a benchmark in the sector in Italy and abroad — announces that it has acquired full ownership of Prosciuttificio Nuova Mondial Srl in San Daniele del Friuli (UD), in which it already held a 50% stake. With this transaction, the Group consolidates its presence in the San Daniele raw ham market both in Italy and abroad, confirming the growth strategy undertaken in recent years.
