Crudo di Cuneo PDO has renewed its support for one of the most significant events dedicated to promoting the region, by taking part in the 39th edition of the Roero Journalism Award, held on the evening of Friday 24 July at the Palarocche in Santo Stefano Roero. Twelve journalists and media outlets at local, national and international level received awards. As is traditional, the Consortium for the Protection and Promotion of Crudo di Cuneo DOP played a leading role in the evocative ‘Aper-Arneis’, the convivial event that brought the awards ceremony to a close and brought together journalists, institutions, producers and representatives from the business and agricultural sectors. Carefully hand-sliced, Crudo di Cuneo PDO was served alongside Roero wines and other Piedmontese specialities, offering guests an experience that showcased the value of an entirely regional supply chain.
