‘This is the first time we have seen such a significant double-digit increase in the pre-sliced tray segment,’ commented Paolo Beretta, President of the Italian Cacciatore Protection Consortium, who continued, "Salamini Italiani alla Cacciatora PDO undoubtedly offer a valid, high-quality alternative for those looking for a tasty cured meat that is practical to serve and excellent for snacks, picnics, aperitifs, picnics, as well as being easy to consume as a quick and enjoyable appetiser. In fact, we are seeing that the frequency of use of Italian Cacciatore is increasing more and more, and one of the most common occasions for its use is consumption outside the home, as the pre-sliced tray is extremely convenient and practical for making tasty sandwiches to take with you tanywhere."
