A 13% increase in markings in October compared to the same period in 2024, reaching almost 70,000 sealed culatelli. These are the important production figures with which the Consortium for the Protection of Culatello di Zibello PDO is preparing to host November Porc, the event dedicated to the production area of the “King of Cured Meats,” which will stop in Zibello starting on Friday, November 21. The Consortium, which includes all 20 PDO producers employing around 250 people directly and indirectly, will once again be among the sponsors of an event that last year attracted over 250,000 visitors across four stages, with foreign visitors from Switzerland, England, the USA, Germany, France, Spain, Romania, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, and Japan.
