The museum represents an opportunity to get to know and appreciate not only the essence of Salame Felino, but the territory and the community of which it is an expression, starting from the quality of the raw materials, verified by the Consorzio di Tutela del Salame Felino IGP, to the wisdom of the hands that continue to produce it to this day
The new layout of the Felino Salami Museum, in via Carducci 11 in Felino, is housed in the evocative restored spaces of an ancient rustic courtyard dating back to the 14th century. The Museum is equipped with a LIS path for deaf people that will allow them to fully enjoy each section in total autonomy.
Organised in seven sections, the tour begins with historical and archaeological evidence of the territory and the relationship between Felino, pig farming and its product-symbol.
