Production rose from 19.2 million kg in the first half of 2024 to 19.8 million kg in 2025, an increase of 3.2%. and sales rising from 15 million 665 thousand kg in 2024 to 16 million 190 thousand in 2025, an increase of 3.4%. Sliced meats also performed well, with a 4.3% increase, confirming the growth trend recorded over the last 10 years. Exports were particularly significant, recording an 8.4% increase with double-digit performance in Belgium (+64.3%), Switzerland (+34.4%), Spain (+19.3%) and the UK (+17%).
