Quality and excellence live at Casa Fiorini

Inauguration of the Grosseto headquarters of Il Fiorino. Production will remain in Roccalbegna

Casa Fiorini finally opened its doors yesterday, Wednesday 16 October, in Via Cina in Grosseto. Present at the ribbon-cutting ceremony were Angela Fiorini and Simone Sargentoni, who run the company founded in 1957 by Duilio Fiorini, the entire shop staff and many institutional authorities.  

The shop covers an area of about 130 m² and will be the second headquarters of Caseificio Il Fiorino, which will continue to maintain production in Roccalbegna. Casa Fiorini is a large multifunctional space dedicated to the Maremma company's dairy excellence. In the shop, it will be possible to find the entire assortment of Il Fiorino cheeses, including fresh ricotta every day, as well as many specialities, more than 50, from some of the best Italian food and wine companies. Cured meats, wines, jams, olive oil, and artisanal beers are just some of the top-quality products to be found in the new premises, which, like Il Fiorino's pecorino cheeses, are true ambassadors of Italian-made excellence. The selection of products at Casa Fiorini, in addition to quality, also looks to the ethical supply chain, in full harmony with the philosophy of Il Fiorino, and it will be possible to find, for example, the Podere “Il Ghiacciale”, Paolo Parisi's eggs from free-range hens, and “La Conserveria” from the non-profit “Ragazzi Speciali Onlus” Association.
