It'll be a "Salame & Bubbles" Sunday in Felino, where the Consortium for the Protection of Salame Felino PGI is the main sponsor of the fifth edition of the event, scheduled for September 7th. Each year, the event welcomes over 250 people, thanks in part to the support of the local Pro Loco. And the big news is the "Salame and Champagne" masterclass, organized in collaboration with AIS Emilia Parma, combining two truly excellent products.
