From 24 to 27 June, the Free University of Bozen/Bolzano will host the tenth edition of the scientific event dedicated to wine and grapes
Macrowine is one of the most internationally relevant scientific conferences in the field of viticulture and oenology. The conference is held every two years in an international wine-growing location and focuses on the latest scientific and technological innovations applied to wine production, with a special focus on macromolecules and secondary metabolites, the compounds that characterise the identity of a wine, determining its stability, aroma and taste.
This year’s event, organised by the Free University of Bolzano, will be held for the first time in South Tyrol and will take place at the NOI Techpark in Bolzano from 24 to 27 June. The conference will attract more than 150 people including researchers, academics and wine professionals from all over the world.
