Cheese 2025 kicks off

From today until 22 September, four days of activities, meetings and live experiences to discover the trades that preserve territories, techniques and biodiversity

How do you manage a bee colony? What does “cooking with wool” mean? How long does it take to make cheese? What is Calabrian musulupa? How are chestnut trees grafted? There is a whole world to discover revolving around raw milk cheese, the focus of the 15th edition of Cheese, from 19 to 22 September, organised by Slow Food and the City of Bra (Cn). In fact, in the space C'è un mondo intorno (There's a whole world around us), supported by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry, which has just opened its doors to children, families and enthusiasts, you can touch, play, learn and truly understand what it means to take care of the earth every day. Let's discover some of the protagonists and events scheduled from today until Monday 22nd.
