The presentation of Acetaie Aperte 2024, which took place in the presence of Enrico Corsini President of the Consortium of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Mariangela Grosoli President of the Consortium for the Protection of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and respectively President and Vice President of the second-level consortium ‘Terre del Balsamico’, as well as Paolo Zanca Councillor for Economic Promotion and Attractiveness and Commerce representing the Municipality of Modena, brought greetings from the municipal administration and introduced not only the wide-ranging programme of initiatives planned in the various vinegar cellars but also the objectives that this event sets in terms of promoting the territory and its gastronomic excellence.
