The new wine & food era
The 2025 edition of Vinòforum is about to begin: Piazza di Siena will become the beating heart of food and wine, with over 800 wineries, 60 chefs and pizza makers, and countless producers and enthusiasts celebrating Italian excellence. The programme includes signature dinners, meetings with the best artisans of taste, evenings dedicated to pizza, extra virgin olive oil and spirits, for a calendar that combines culture and the pleasure of tasting. A week of sharing and dialogue, made even more evocative by the setting of Piazza di Siena. Over 3,200 labels representing Italian wine and the best international appellations will be available for tasting, together with leading consortia and territories such as Friuli, Calabria, Piceno and Langhe.
