Questioning the Minister of the Environment suggests that release be allowed at the discretion of the competent regional authorities.
Recognise certain freshwater fish species as endemic, to strengthen lake and river biodiversity and, at the same time, recreational fishing. The proposal was put forward by Luca De Carlo, President of the Ninth Senate Commission - Industry, Commerce, Tourism, Agriculture and Agri-Food Production, during a question at Palazzo Madama, addressed to the Minister of the Environment and Energy Security Gilberto Pichetto Fratin.
