More jobs, lower energy consumption and fewer emissions
The Fini Group’s 2026–2029 Business Plan, involving over 20 million euros of investment entirely focused on the Ravarino (MO) site, has taken a further step forward. The project involves the construction, alongside the existing factory, of a new warehouse covering approximately 14,500 square metres, which will enable logistics activities currently carried out at an external facility to be brought back closer to the production site.
This decision is primarily aimed at simplifying and streamlining logistics flows, reducing journeys between the factory and the external warehouse and, consequently, the movement of heavy goods vehicles. According to project estimates, the new layout will prevent approximately 55 tonnes of CO₂ emissions each year, alongside a reduction in NOx and PM10 emissions.
The new facility will also represent a further step forward in terms of energy self-sufficiency and sustainability at the Ravarino site. The warehouse roof will be fitted with a new photovoltaic system, which will complement the one already in place at the factory. Once fully operational, the total installed photovoltaic capacity at the site will reach approximately 1.4 MWp, increasing the site’s capacity to generate energy from renewable sources.
