With an 8.8% reduction compared to the previous year, energy requirements in 2025 stood at 19,042.91 MWh. Concurrently, the ICOPOWER project generated energy savings of 332,862 kWh across the participating sites. On the environmental front, 1,271 kg of marine waste were recovered through Ogyre—a 182% increase over 2024—while the partnership with 3Bee, launched in 2026, reinforces the commitment to biodiversity conservation. Socially, 10,664 kg of products were donated to the Food Bank (Banco Alimentare), marking a 61% increase compared to the previous year. Finally, the commitment to quality is reflected in 18,098 supply chain checks and a portfolio comprising over 3,000 product items.
These are just a few of the key results presented by Panapesca in its second Sustainability Report, confirming an increasingly structured ESG journey focused on long-term value creation. The report outlines the evolution of the Group’s sustainability strategy, which integrates environmental protection, the valuing of people, and responsible governance into its industrial operations. It is a commitment that translates into tangible results: energy efficiency, ecosystem protection, quality, and social inclusion.
