Positive meeting at the General Command of the Port Authorities regarding changes to the Enlistment Contract
Federpesca expressed satisfaction with the outcome of the meeting held at the General Command of the Port Authorities, dedicated to the innovations introduced by the recent amendments to Article 328 of the Navigation Code regarding enlistment contracts.
The meeting was requested by Federpesca to address some operational concerns that arose during the implementation phase of the law and to request uniform application of the new provisions throughout the country.
During the meeting, the General Command's willingness to support the fishing sector on this simplification journey clearly emerged. This commitment represents an important and concrete sign of attention to the needs of businesses and workers in the sector.
Federpesca emphasizes that this willingness was demonstrated both by the attendance at the meeting and by the speeches of Deputy General Commander, Admiral Leone, and the Head of the 2nd Department, Rear Admiral Giovannone, to whom the Association extends its heartfelt thanks.
