Founded in 1948, Lepore Mare has built its identity around a value that still stands out in the company logo today: passion. A passion that over the past thirty years has found concrete expression under the leadership of Gianni Lepore, a key figure in the second generation and architect of a development journey that has consolidated the company's leadership in the seafood sector.

Today, Lepore Mare employs 131 people and draws on a significant wealth of experience and expertise: 42% of the workforce has been with the company for between 5 and 30 years, a figure that demonstrates the proven professionalism that has accompanied and supported the company's growth over time. At the same time, Lepore Mare looks to the future with determination. Over the past year, the company has hired 23 new employees, a strategic investment aimed at strengthening the organization with new skills, specialized expertise, and profiles capable of meeting future development and innovation challenges.
While these thirty years tell the story of the second generation led by Gianni Lepore, the future has already been entrusted to the third generation, represented by Selly Lepore, now an integral part of the company's governance and a key player in the company's development over the coming years. This generational transition represents more than a simple succession, but rather the convergence of experience and innovation, of the solidity built over thirty years of business and the vision of those who are now called upon to write the next chapter of the company's history.
