Develop greater collaboration and shared growth prospects to give a new centrality to fishing in the Mediterranean area, invest in quality, control and traceability to enhance the fish resource. These are the aspects that emerged at the ministerial meeting entitled "Strengthening fish supplies in the Mediterranean" which saw the presence of Italy with the minister Francesco Lollobrigida, who spoke via videoconference, the minister for Sea Policies, Nello Musumeci, and the undersecretary Patrizio La Pietra, and the ministers of Libya, Malta and Tunisia.
"The Mediterranean was at the center of attention to collaborate and grow together", underlines Elena Ghezzi, head of Fishing and Aquaculture of Legacoop Agroalimentare, present at the initiative that was held on the occasion of the Tesori dal Blu festival in Mazara del Vallo (TP) which ends tomorrow (31 May).
