In the fisheries sector, trade links between Italy and Tunisia are growing ever closer. This is confirmed by the latest data from Onagri, the Observatoire National de l'Agriculture, the Tunisian body responsible for monitoring and statistical analysis of the agricultural sector: according to the institute, Italy is consolidating its position as the leading destination market for Tunisian fish products, accounting for over a third of total exports by early 2026.
