OX-ICE is certified by DNV according to the STP89 standard and stands out for the controlled use of hydrogen peroxide, which acts as a natural sanitizing agent thanks to the oxygen radicals generated during its decomposition. These elements allow effective action against pathogenic microorganisms and environmental contaminants.
Comparative tests conducted over time have confirmed the effectiveness of OX-ICE: in the presence of high contamination, a strong reduction in bacterial loads is recorded; in the case of light or moderate contamination, the values remain below the legal limits for drinking water, ensuring product compliance. The systematic use of OX-ICE in professional contexts therefore represents a conscious and responsible choice for food safety.
