“Pending the approval of the ministerial decrees implementing the new legislation relating to the National Solidarity Fund for natural disasters necessary to be able to apply the legislation and grant emergency aid to our fishermen, the Veneto Region has approved the Disaster Declaration Proposal natural cause caused by the blue crab for the 2023 year, delimiting the damaged areas on the basis of the reports signed by Arpav, Ispra and the University of Venice. In this way, as soon as the ministerial decree declaring the state of natural disaster is published in the Official Journal, the damaged companies will be able to immediately submit a request for compensation to access the resources of the National Solidarity Fund".
