Conxemar, the Spanish Association of Fisheries and Aquaculture Wholesalers, Importers, Processors and Exporters, will organise the 13th Conxemar FAO MAPA International Congress on Monday 6 October 2025 at Afundación in Vigo. This year's central theme is the commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the FAO Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries, an indispensable tool that recognises the crucial role of fisheries and aquaculture for economic and social development, as well as the need to ensure the sustainability of living aquatic resources and their environment for present and future generations.
