Innovation and training for bars, restaurants and hotels take centre stage at BolognaFiere (19–21 October 2026)
From 19 to 21 October 2026, HIP – Horeca Professional Expo will be held at BolognaFiere for the first time. The event, dedicated to Industry 4.0 innovation in the Ho.Re.Ca sector, will centre on the Hospitality 4.0 Congress, an occasion that will bring together over 400 speakers from various countries and offer a programme comprising more than 20 vertical summits, dedicated to various segments of the hospitality industry. Within the context of management and differentiation used by companies as a competitive advantage, the scalability and sustainability of businesses, technological innovation and the shortage of talent will be topics addressed during the event.
The exhibition area will feature over 300 companies, which will present products and services for the HoReCa sector.
