The Salumitalia – Geographical Indication Consortia team is further strengthened by the addition of the Consortium for the Protection of Calabrian DOP Cured Meats and the Consortium for the Protection and Promotion of Cuneo DOP Crudo, which, through their products, enrich the representation across the entire territorial production system of Italian cured meat Geographical Indications.
