Entries are now open for the Horeca New Business Models Awards, which will take place as part of the first edition of HIP Italia
Innovation, sustainability and new business models are helping to transform the Ho.Re.Ca. sector. Against this backdrop, business strategies, technological solutions and customer-experience-focused approaches are becoming increasingly important.
To this end, HIP – Horeca Professional Expo has launched the Call for Entries for the Horeca New Business Models Awards, a recognition scheme dedicated to innovation in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, which will take place as part of the event scheduled for 19–21 October at BolognaFiere. The awards will recognise companies, professionals and operators in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector who, through innovative projects and initiatives, are contributing to the evolution of the hotel, restaurant, foodservice and hospitality sectors, both in Italy and internationally. Those interested may submit their applications by 1 September 2026.
