Trump and Milei commit to eliminating tariffs in the agricultural and livestock sectors as well
Beef and other strategic agri-food products are at the heart of the new trade agreement between the US and Argentina. President Donald Trump's protectionist stance is not unequivocal and undifferentiated: with his Argentine counterpart Javier Milei, the White House tenant has developed an agreement based on “shared democratic values and a common vision of free enterprise, private initiative, and open markets,” according to a joint statement from the two presidencies.
