Signing between 80 Coldiretti farmers and Forma Carni
An important supply chain contract on the valorisation of the Sardo Bruna cattle breed was signed in Nuoro this morning, at the headquarters of Coldiretti Nuoro Ogliastra, which will create an economic network between 80 breeders from all over Sardinia represented by Coldiretti, the Forma Carni company and the regional breeders' association. An agreement that sees all actors involved, which follows up on what has been developed through the Valorisardo research project (led by the Forma company), and which pursues the major objective of the recognition of the PGI.
