Creativity, innovation and pragmatism are the values that inspire the entrepreneurs of Emilia-Romagna, as well as the themes at the heart of the Motore Italia event by Class Editori which was held in the Fico congress center in Bologna on 12 July. At the end of the works, the awards ceremony was held for regional excellence, among which Inalca stands out, the Cremonini group company leader in Europe in the production of beef, which was assigned the Esg Award "for its attention to sustainability environmental and social aspects in all aspects of the production chain, starting from breeding”.
Sustainability is one of the elements on which the region stands out, as in the case of Inalca, which makes the stable the starting point for the circular economy. "The real challenge is technology transfer", recalled Giovanni Sorlini, responsible for sustainable development of the group, "and it is a question of implementing a systemic approach, to transfer technologies born in the industrial and agricultural fields".
