The vegan food chain Neat Burger, owned by two stars, Lewis Hamilton, multiple Formula 1 world champion and current Ferrari driver, and actor Leonardo Di Caprio, has been put into liquidation. According to official documents, on 22 July 2025, the partners decided to voluntarily dissolve the company, entrusting the liquidation process to the British giant FRP Advisory, a London-based law firm with annual revenues of over £152 million.
At the date of its last financial statement, Neat Burger held approximately £1,279,000 in assets: the progressive reduction in turnover and the drastic drop in footfall marked the darkest period for the company, which was founded in 2019 with the aim of providing a more ethical, sustainable and healthy dining option for vegan consumers and anyone else interested in exploring this world. A company that dreamed of global expansion with a market value of £51 million.
