Pig farming: innovating and evolving. Well-being, health, nutrition: the keys to change
The 9th edition of Pig Farming Day will open on 13 October with a networking dinner designed to encourage dialogue and the building of relationships between businesses and professionals.
The following day, 14 October, will be dedicated to the scientific programme, focusing on key issues for the future of the sector: biosecurity, animal welfare, nutrition and the development of the supply chain.
In the afternoon, there will be company workshops, providing opportunities for direct discussion and in-depth analysis of practical applications and operational solutions.
The day will conclude with the Lady Piggy Welfare Award, an accolade recognising female leadership in animal welfare.
