Italian pig farming in the grip of African Swine Fever
Over 500 people, including those in the audience and those connected via streaming, followed yesterday, 16 October, the seventh edition of the Pig Breeding Day (go to the website) organised by Expo Consulting srl, held in Modena and entirely dedicated to African Swine Fever.
The topicality of the issue with its dramatic consequences on the entire national pig supply chain and the important parterre of speakers, including the Extraordinary Commissioner Giovanni Filippini, attracted the attention of breeders, veterinarians, slaughterers and sector operators who did not want to miss such an important event.
