The countdown begins for Fratelli Pagani's participation in iMEAT 2025, the only event dedicated to butchery and delicatessen shops, catering, meat processing industries and small and medium-sized artisan companies of excellence. The event will take place at ModenaFiere on 23, 24 and 25 March 2025, an unmissable showcase to discover the latest innovations in the sector.
The Pagani Chef stand (stand B30, located in Hall A) will be a reference point for visitors eager to discover the latest novelties in the sector. During the three days of the fair, the company will offer a programme full of engaging cooking shows and will present a preview of the new references in the Gustosì line: Gustosì L'Arrostita, Gustosì L'Evergreen and Gustosì La Balkanpro. Like all the references of the Gustosì line, these new marinades are made from a Clean Label perspective with Presal food salt, perfect for meat dishes and also suitable for fish and vegan preparations.
