Fiorani&C. was founded as a meat processing platform and co-packer for the most important brands operating nationwide. It is a subsidiary of Inalca (Cremonini Group) and under the FIORANI brand offers a complete line of ready-portioned and processed beef and pork products. The company has specialised state-of-the-art production plants: two dedicated exclusively to the processing of pork products in Castelnuovo Rangone (MO) and Solignano (MO), and one dedicated to beef in Piacenza, where the company's main distribution platform is also located.
The brand was the protagonist at Cibus 2024. Marketing director Valeria Fiorani explains in this exclusive interview all the novelties presented at the fair.
