Discovering the art of butchery with ‘L'Accademia de Il Mannarino

Bringing butchers back into contact with people, restoring the right value to this profession and, at the same time, giving groups of friends or colleagues the chance to spend a different evening. This is the objective of ‘L'Accademia de Il Mannarino’, the educational format devised by the eponymous shop, a reference point for lovers of good, quality meat.

Starting in November, inside the neighbourhood shop with kitchen in Via del Taglio, 59 in Modena, it is in fact possible to dine together with ‘Mannarino’, the trusted butcher who guides the brand's aficionados in the discovery of the secrets of how to work, cut and cook meat at its best. Between one course and the next, people will be involved in the execution of the dishes: from the procedure for stuffing the iconic ‘bombette’ to marinating techniques, there are numerous preparations that can be made by putting one's hands to pasta.
