Exclusive format celebrating top-quality meat in refined, designer settings
The Carnissage Group's first restaurant, opened a month ago in Via Varese 4, Milan, has set itself an ambitious goal: to redefine the codes of meat catering, thus writing a new page in Milanese fine dining. The format has been designed to offer a food experience that celebrates the excellence of raw materials, in an intimate and elegant setting. It was founded by entrepreneur Martino Uzzauto, with the support of LMDV Capital, family office of Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio, Bros Investments of Bernardo Vacchi and Giulio Gallazzi, and with Marco Talarico and Barbara Valle. Carnissage was born from the founder's idea to combine the expertise of the historic family business, ‘Meat Premium’, leader in quality meat in Italy, with his expertise in finance acquired over the years.
