EFA News interviews Giuliano Marchesin (Italia Zootecnica) on the ‘In Europe we care for Beef’ campaign
The initiatives of the In Europe we care for Beef project, promoted by Italia Zootecnica and financed by the European Union, continue with the objective of enhancing certified beef, guaranteeing quality, safety and sustainability.
The trade fair Marca by Bolognafiere 2025 was therefore an opportunity to discover the livestock industry's commitment to providing consumers with high quality beef, produced according to strict safety standards and in full respect of animal welfare and the environment.
Giuliano Marchesin, managing director of A.O.P. Italia Zootecnica, explains the objectives of the project and the opportunities to reach consumers with a quality beef certified by Masaf, through large-scale distribution.
