Once again this year, Bord Bia - the Irish government body for the promotion of food & beverage products - and Tourism Ireland join forces on the occasion of Ireland Week. As part of its rich programme of events, A Taste of Ireland, the food festival celebrating Ireland's gastronomic excellence and inviting everyone to discover its delicacies, returns.
From 9 to 17 March 2025, a selection of restaurants in the capital of Milan and in Italy will offer on their menus dishes created with excellent Irish raw materials, such as Grass Fed beef, lamb, langoustines, oysters and organic salmon. A Taste of Ireland invites you to immerse yourself in the unique flavours of the Emerald Isle's products: for one week, throughout Italy, you will have the opportunity to experience an experiential journey through the tastes and aromas of fine ingredients, enhanced by the creative flair of Italian chefs who make quality a cornerstone of their cooking philosophy.
