The first two appointments of the cycle of restaurant tastings planned as part of the In Europe we care for Beef project took place with great participation. The meetings, organised in collaboration with the Associazione Professionale Cuochi Italiani (APCI), aim to stimulate the use of the promoted beef products both by the restaurateurs and chefs involved and, above all, by their customers and consumers.
