Fratelli Pagani S.p.A. will participate in the prestigious 2025 edition of IFFA, the world's leading event dedicated to meat and alternative protein technologies, which will be held from 3 to 8 May in Frankfurt, at the Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH.
The company will be waiting for you at stand B48 - Hall 11.1 to exalt the excellence of Italian taste and quality, offering a perfect balance of traditional flavours and consolidated expertise. At Fratelli Pagani, innovation and customisation come together to create the ideal product. This historic brand represents tradition, quality, professionalism and innovation, establishing itself globally in the production of ingredients, complete mixtures, spices and flavourings for the food industry in the various sectors: meat, fish, savoury, organic and veg.
Visitors will have the unique opportunity to discover the latest company and product innovations developed by the company: a journey of over 110 years of experience, research and cutting-edge solutions. The stand is a meeting point for customers and industry professionals to celebrate Made in Italy and identify new strategies to enhance the products in their category.
Among the stand's main attractions, visitors will be able to watch exciting cooking shows twice a day. In addition, there will be an area dedicated to displaying 16 flavour references that can be tested on site.
Since 2017, the in-house aroma laboratory has been dedicated to the creation of innovative and customised aromas. The aim is to provide a service dedicated to the needs of each customer, proposing distinctive and versatile solutions, using the latest production technologies such as the atomisation process to obtain encapsulated flavours that are completely soluble in water. IFFA is the ideal stage to present Fratelli Pagani's Boutique of Taste, a selection of 16 new flavour references developed to impart an exclusive taste to different types of finished products. The numerous advantages of the offer include the resistance of the flavour fraction to oxidative and thermal processes, guaranteeing taste stability throughout the life of the finished product.
