In Imola Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd June
The tour of the Vitellone Bianco dell’Appennino Centrale PGI continues, and this time the stop is in Imola, on the occasion of the 2025 edition of the Fiera Agricola del Santerno, which will take place in Imola on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 June. The Consortium will be present to promote, through show cooking and talks, the characteristics and quality of the certified Vitellone Bianco dell’Appennino Centrale PGI meat and, in particular, that coming from the Romagnola breed, typical of this territory. In particular, the Consortium for the Protection of Vitellone Bianco dell’Appennino Centrale PGI will entertain the guests of the fair with interactive workshops, designed to make them understand not only the quality of the meat, but also the importance, control and sustainability of the entire supply chain of Vitellone Bianco dell’Appennino Centrale PGI.
