Focus on the main issues related to the livestock sector
The 56th UNICEB General Assembly will be held on Thursday, July 3, at Palazzo Montemartini in Rome.
This year, UNICEB's General Assembly will focus on the main issues related to the livestock sector, including energy needs, sustainability and economic scenarios, which will be addressed in a Round Table moderated by Rai host Massimiliano Ossini on the topic of "Prospects and new visions for the meat supply chain in the global scenario".
Dr. Denis Pantini, Head of Agriculture and Food Industry at Nomisma, will illustrate the meat market scenario in Italy and abroad and the competitive positioning of Italian companies in the sector. He will also present the previews of a survey of Italian consumers commissioned to Nomisma by UNICEB.
The Honorable Marcello Gemmato, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Health, the Honorable Raffaele Nevi, Member of the Agriculture Commission, Senator Giorgio Maria Bergesio, Vice President of the Agriculture Commission, the Honorable Stefano Bonaccini, MEP - Member of the Agriculture and Rural Development Commission, Senator Maria Nocco, Permanent Commission for Economic Planning and Budget, Attorney Pierluigi Umberto Di Palma, President of ENAC, Paolo De Castro, President of Nomisma have already confirmed their participation.
