The Valtellina Quality Agri-Food District will be at TuttoFood, offering free tastings, live cooking demonstrations and a new web app to help you discover the most authentic side of Valtellina
The Valtellina Quality Agri-Food District (DAQ) – Taste of Emotion will be present at TuttoFood, within the AREPO area, coordinated by the Lombardy Region. There is a packed programme of events, including tastings, masterclasses and show cooking, with the aim of strengthening relationships with stakeholders, buyers and industry professionals, and promoting the District on international markets, showcasing its 9 Valtellina agri-food specialities: Bresaola della Valtellina PGI, Bitto PDO, Valtellina Casera PDO, Mela di Valtellina PGI, Pizzoccheri della Valtellina PGI, Valtellina Superiore DOCG, Sforzato di Valtellina DOCG, Rosso di Valtellina DOC and Alpi Retiche IGT.
Participation in TuttoFood is also an opportunity to present to the public “Valtellina Terra d’Emozioni: unique experiences, PDO and PGI flavours”, the new web app created by the District in collaboration with APF Valtellina and with the support of the Province of Sondrio. The web app offers 20 experiences dedicated to discovering local food and wine and the most authentic side of the region, in line with “Vitamin T (Travel)”, identified by Kayak as one of the main travel trends heading towards 2030. An idea of travel centred on wellbeing and good food, chosen by 7 out of 10 Italians according to the AstraRicerche 2026 survey “Italians and the new trend for rejuvenating holidays: the Valtellina brand’s offering and role”.
