On 26 and 27 April, BolognaFiere and Slow Food will be bringing a collective of producers and two masterclasses to Wines Experience London, to promote the export of good, sustainable, high-quality Italian food and wine
In a global context characterised by the need to diversify export markets, BolognaFiere is accelerating the international expansion of Slow Wine Fair and SANA Food, bringing its model to London. The successful synergy between the two BolognaFiere events, which last February attracted over 16,000 highly qualified visitors from the hospitality sector and 350 strategic buyers from 32 countries, continues its promotional journey in line with the values of good, clean and fair wine, and healthy, sustainable food that promotes the supply chain and local areas. The next stop is the first edition of Wines Experience, scheduled for Sunday 26 and Monday 27 April in the halls of Excel London.
Wines Experience is the new network of B2B events developed by United Experience, in collaboration with Fiere Italiane SEA and BolognaFiere, to support Italian wine and food producers and operators in strategic markets with high growth potential. This service is now particularly necessary due to US tariffs, which are forcing a rapid rethink of export destinations. Against this backdrop, Wines Experience serves as an operational tool that facilitates access to qualified buyers and accelerates the creation of concrete commercial opportunities.
With this in mind, Wines Experience London will be followed by similar events in Vietnam (Wines Experience Ho Chi Minh, The Adora Centre, 25–26 June 2026) and Mexico (Wines Experience Mexico City, Expo Santa Fe, 5–6 November 2026).
Slow Wine Fair will be present at Wines Experience London with a selection of 20 producers representing the diversity of Italian wine production and quality supply chains: 17 wineries and 2 spirits producers from 11 Italian regions – Abruzzo, Emilia-Romagna, Liguria, Lombardy, Marche, Piedmont, Puglia, Sicily, Tuscany, South Tyrol and Veneto – as well as a Hungarian winery.
Slow Wine Fair and SANA Food will return together to BolognaFiere for the third edition from 21 to 23 February 2027.
