For three days, from 5.30 pm to 10.30 pm, the district will be transformed into a sprawling hub dedicated to aperitifs, featuring iconic venues, tastings, events and entertainment
There is one moment in the day that, more than any other, encapsulates contemporary Italian identity: the aperitivo, a social, cultural and economic ritual that continues to evolve, reflecting new lifestyles and consumer habits. It is from this that the Aperitivo Festival, scheduled for 15–17 May, sets out once more; for its fourth edition, it has chosen a new home, the Milano Certosa District, a symbol of a city in transformation.
For three days, from 5.30 pm to 10.30 pm, the district — situated in the north-west of Milan and at the heart of a major urban regeneration project promoted by RealStep — will be transformed into a sprawling hub dedicated to the aperitif, featuring iconic venues, tastings, content and entertainment.
An immersive journey brought to life through over 20 tasting experiences and 15 stations dedicated to food & beverage pairings, spread across some of the District’s most iconic locations: from Department 184 to Nomad — which will host the after-parties — to Pennellificio and La Forgiatura. Not just tastings, but also training and culture: with Aperitivo Academy, the festival expands its offering by providing sessions dedicated to industry professionals, covering techniques, trends and new approaches to mixology and pairing.
